The Victor Chang Foundation

Dr Victor Chang started this Foundation himself in 1984. It trains cardiac surgeons from Asia in Australia and funds innovation in heart surgery. Almost 100 surgeons from 10 countries have trained through VCF. Run by Dr Chang’s family and a volunteer board. Fiona Coote is Patron of the VCF and helps continue his work.
